Woodborough Hall Residential Estate Sale - 1894

The sale of Woodborough Hall and some other buildings and land was as a result of the death of Mansfield Parkyns in 1894. Mr Charles Hose Hill was the purchaser who later added, quite considerably, to his property portfolio eventually selling all in 1922 before moving away from Woodborough.
